Challenge: Our customers are constantly looking to improve final product cost but still be able to get good quality foam at lower density, with improved insulation properties. The lighter the foam, the more difficult it is to achieve a good cell structure and good insulation properties.

Solution: Granula developed a combi-masterbatch that provides a regular and consistent cell structure as well as serving as an excellent lambda modifier. Our expertise extends to customized formulations for physical extrusion or injection molded foaming, including nucleating agents, foaming additives, lambda modifiers, cell modifiers, etc.
